My Mastectomy Pillow was, by far, the best gift I received after my lumpectomy and lymph node removal. I used it, day and night, for several months. The soft pillow helped ease the ache and discomfort. The heart shape design of this pillow is perfect to easily and comfortably place under one’s arm. The addition of an adjustable strap enables one to move around without constantly trying to keep the pillow in place.
We also have an optional matching seat belt pillow, also called a chemo port seat belt pillow, which is great for one who has a chemo port. Our seat belt pillows provide a cushion between the seatbelt and tender areas as a result of breast surgery, chemo ports, pacemakers, and other chest surgeries. The pillows also have two or three velcro straps (depending on the size of the pillow) to secure the pillow on both ends which helps with slipping.

Mastectomy Pillow: 15” x 13”
Chemo Port Seat Belt Pillows: 5” x 10” or 5” x 15”
*I use extra soft stuffing, being careful not to overstuff. The stuffing is more sparse than the typical pillow so that it provides a comfortable cushion without adding pressure to the surgery area.
*The mastectomy pillow has an adjustable ribbon belt enabling one to adjust the length to a comfortable position while keeping the pillow in place. With the adjustable ribbon, the pillow will be hands free.
*The pillow is shaped in a heart to easily fit under the arm. As a gift, one is sending a heart to show one’s love.
*The chemo port seatbelt pillow is perfect for cushioning and protecting tender areas that are pressured by seat belts. These tender areas can be a result of surgical sites, broken bones, pacemakers, etc.
*I use two straps with hidden velcro that go around the seat belt. This helps secure the pillow on both ends to keep the pillow in place.
*Both Pillows are machine washable in cold water and can be tumble dried on low.
*I use high quality 100% polyester fiber filling.
*I use beautiful and fun fabrics made of 100% cotton. The fabric on these pillows are 100% organic cotton flannel.

Privacy policy
In order to fulfill one's order, Etsy provides me with the following information: Customer's name, shipping name and address of the recipient, email address, information on which products ordered, as well as any notes written on the order that I would need to complete the order or reply to. I never receive any payment information other than a confirmation that the order has been paid for. I have never and will never share any of the customer's information that I receive without specific approval by the customer. I communicate to my customers through the Etsy messaging system. I never receive phone numbers and, therefore, will never call. The only exception to emailing is if the customer gives me the information and requests that I communicate with them via email. If I need to contact the buyer regarding their order, I will send a message through the Etsy message center. I take the privacy of my customers very seriously and work hard to maintain their trust with this policy.

Care instructions
The Mastectomy and Chemo Port Seat Belt Pillows are both machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle. They can also be tumble dried on gentle, low heat. They wash best when put in a laundry bag while washing. It is also best to close velcro straps before washing.
Eye Pillows, Neck Wraps, Boo Boo Bags and Hand Warmers can be spot cleaned. They cannot get wet.
Most head scarves for hair loss are made of Rayon Challis with 100% Cotton lining. They should be hand washed or machine washed gentle, cold water. Line dry or machine dry on low heat. Iron low to medium heat.
All Scrub Caps and Flannel Scarves are made of 100% cotton and can be machine washed and dried.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with customers on custom request orders, No commitment is made by the customer or myself until the order is placed.
*If you know that your head size is not typical and you have trouble finding a head cover that fits, please contact me. Sometimes I am able to adjust the size.
*If you would like a product in a different fabric design, please ask as I have many fabric options in my inventory.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available at an extra fee of $5.00. I make handmade fabric bags for gift wrapping. Two scarves, or one mastectomy pillow, or on mastectomy pillow plus one chemo port seat belt pillow, or two chemo port seat belt pillows will fit in each bag. Each item is also individually wrapped in tissue paper. I will personalize a note card for any gift (with or without gift wrapping) for no extra charge. A note on the order form stating what you would like written is all I would need.
What are the guidelines for International Custom Fees?
Shipments outside United States may be subject to additional customs fees. These fees vary per country and are the responsibility of the customer. I am currently only shipping to The United States and Canada.
