This is one of our spring/summer head scarves for women. The mint green is stunning! As a cancer survivor, one of the most difficult hurdles was dealing with hair loss. I wasn't able to wear a wig, so I turned to chemo headwear. I bought many different fabric designs and colors allowing me to compliment my different outfits. Some were dressy, some casual and others were just fun. It is a wonderful self esteem booster! They are also great as breast cancer gifts, cancer gifts or chemo gifts.
When making my scarves, I found that I preferred them all to be lined. I line mine with 100% cotton which is soft and breathable against one's scalp. They also needed to be easy to put on as I was knew I might have problems with neuropathy in my hands. These head scarves have an elastic in the back to secure the head scarf while allowing full coverage. The attached ties enables one to adjust the sizing so that they are comfortable. They can be worn in two different styles and come with easy styling directions.

Privacy policy
In order to fulfill one's order, Etsy provides me with the following information: Customer's name, shipping name and address of the recipient, email address, information on which products ordered, as well as any notes written on the order that I would need to complete the order or reply to. I never receive any payment information other than a confirmation that the order has been paid for. I have never and will never share any of the customer's information that I receive without specific approval by the customer. I communicate to my customers through the Etsy messaging system. I never receive phone numbers and, therefore, will never call. The only exception to emailing is if the customer gives me the information and requests that I communicate with them via email. If I need to contact the buyer regarding their order, I will send a message through the Etsy message center. I take the privacy of my customers very seriously and work hard to maintain their trust with this policy.

Care instructions
The Mastectomy and Chemo Port Seat Belt Pillows are both machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle. They can also be tumble dried on gentle, low heat. They wash best when put in a laundry bag while washing. It is also best to close velcro straps before washing.
Eye Pillows, Neck Wraps, Boo Boo Bags and Hand Warmers can be spot cleaned. They cannot get wet.
Most head scarves for hair loss are made of Rayon Challis with 100% Cotton lining. They should be hand washed or machine washed gentle, cold water. Line dry or machine dry on low heat. Iron low to medium heat.
All Scrub Caps and Flannel Scarves are made of 100% cotton and can be machine washed and dried.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with customers on custom request orders, No commitment is made by the customer or myself until the order is placed.
*If you know that your head size is not typical and you have trouble finding a head cover that fits, please contact me. Sometimes I am able to adjust the size.
*If you would like a product in a different fabric design, please ask as I have many fabric options in my inventory.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available at an extra fee of $5.00. I make handmade fabric bags for gift wrapping. Two scarves, or one mastectomy pillow, or on mastectomy pillow plus one chemo port seat belt pillow, or two chemo port seat belt pillows will fit in each bag. Each item is also individually wrapped in tissue paper. I will personalize a note card for any gift (with or without gift wrapping) for no extra charge. A note on the order form stating what you would like written is all I would need.
What are the guidelines for International Custom Fees?
Shipments outside United States may be subject to additional customs fees. These fees vary per country and are the responsibility of the customer. I am currently only shipping to The United States and Canada.
